Ep. 68: How To Flip Your Script

Today, I’m discussing 3 common limiting beliefs when it comes to women taking charge of their health in dealing with PCOS. What  I have noticed over the years, is that the truth is, women know what they should be eating, but what they struggle with is getting started and letting go of certain limiting beliefs and thoughts that hold them back. 

In today’s episode, you’ll be getting some tough love. It may be harsh to hear because I’m keeping it real and calling you out.

But my hope is that you’ll be able to flip your script by letting go of these three limiting beliefs and truly move forward (even if it’s imperfectly) into the results you desire. 

You’ll give a different thought to these limiting beliefs and accept what the truth is. Additionally, you’ll be able to make your own decisions on how you would like to move forward and replace these thoughts with more productive, actionable thoughts. 

One thing to note is that this episode will require introspection into your own belief system, and learning to grow from that. The truth is, no one likes to feel stuck when it comes to taking control of their health. So if you’re someone that is feeling unhappy it’s time to flip your script about your health, then this is your time to make that change. Although change can be difficult, it’s necessary. Although it can also be scary, because oftentimes, we don’t like the unknown, but I encourage you to have the courage to change your situation. 

I want you to know that if you feel it’s not the right time, just start now.

It’s time to stop giving excuses as to why it’s not the right time, and just begin your journey into better health. Starting when it’s not the right time, can make you stronger, and set you up for success. Eventually, you’ll find, it gets easier, and you’ll be proud of how resilient you’ve become. 

If you’re someone that struggles with motivation, or you’re waiting for the time that you feel motivated enough to begin. Know that, motivation is not enough. You must desire to take corrective action to make sure you are doing something different, to get different results. 

Also, if you’re the type of person that feels information overload and that’s why you aren’t starting. Stop right there, and know that gathering information does not equal transformation. 

I encourage you to start today, start right now. Be certain, that everything you want is already on its way. Do not give up. Don’t get in your own way, by holding yourself back based on what’s happened in the past. Do something different and you will see success. Seek the practical approaches, and the right tools and resources. I’ve listed a few mentioned in today’s episode below:
